I’m Maayke,
Ceremony speaker, celebrant of love and collector of stories. I believe in real stories: how two lives find each other, what makes your love unique and what truly matters in life.
As a ceremony speaker, I create wedding ceremonies that are warm, meaningful and entirely yours. I listen to what you say – and to what happens between the lines. That’s where I find the most beautiful words: words that resonate, feel true and stay with you.
I live in the lovely town of Huizen with my love, Eelco, and our two amazing kids Duuk and Felien. We’re lucky to be surrounded by nature and wide open skies – and I’m outside as much as I can be. On my (racing)bike, wandering through the forest or skating on frozen lakes when winter comes calling.
I’m all for long, laughter-filled evenings with good food and the people I love most.
Southern Spain has truly stolen my heart –para siempre– and recently, something unexpected did too: camping! With our brand-new caravan, this former non-camper has become a true campista feliz. Who would’ve thought?
The perfect ceremony
A couple, fully present in the moment – listening to their own love story come to life. A smile, a tear, a glance that says “yes, that’s us.” A little one who just wants to sit up front with daddy, a proud grandmother offering the rings and music so beautiful, it touches every heart in the room.
